The hotel was modern, the room was neat and air conditioned, had essentials for a fairly nice stay. Everything was very good and the staff was really friendly. Greatly enjoyed the room with comfy bed, my bed was extremely comfy. The vibe here was quiet. The location was good and the private parking was outside. This property was set in a pretty comfortable area.

Friendly staff, good service and excellent breakfast. Close to fine shopping and dining on both Ave Louise and Rue de Bailli. Extended my stay by 4 days due to the Volcanic Air Crisis and the staff were very helpful. Stayed here many times and keep coming back.
The rooms are now becoming a little dated, but overall its very homely.

Very nice hotel crew. Nice by not being there if you don't want them and being there if you need them. They truly respected 'do not disturb' status on my door. Now you may laugh, but it's not always the case everywhere... maids/room service can be so much willing to help you/clean your room that they actually will wake you up / disturb :-) even though there's 'do not disturb' label on your door or you asked explicitly for that at the reception.

Comfortable, spacious rooms with a nice bath tub and cozy bed. the staff is super friendly, and they even have air conditioning. You can easily park your car outside 🚗.

Very nice old style, room design(especially bathroom), friendly hotel staff, romantic balcony in the room.
Furniture, equipment (hairdryer, tv) and towels are quite old and hotel could improve by buying new. No free wi-fi
